Let's learn about Chinese tea with Professional Tea Master, Ms. May Chan Siu-Mei. May was born in Hong Kong and is the principle instructor of Homeland Tea Garden. She graduated from the School of Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University, majoring in Tea Therapy & Nutritional Study for Health Preservation. May has overseen the planting and production of six major tea types (green, white, yellow, oolong, black and dark teas) in China as well as in overseas countries and is appointed by the Hong Kong Tourism Board to promote and encourage Chinese tea culture.

In this class we will learn:
-To distinguish 6 different types of Chinese tea.
-Seasonal changes and regional differences in selecting tea.
-Introduction to essential Chinese tea ware.
-Various tea brewing methods and practices.
-Determine tea quality and how choose the right tea for yourself for health preservation and improvement of physical conditions.

Cost includes $50 voucher to purchase tea/tea wares.
