It was about thousand years ago, people in China believe the movement in the morning time is a very healthy exercise, Chi Kung (Ba Duan Jin) especially helps relieve the body of pain, reduces blood pressure and assists with balancing the bodies weight.

The relaxed breathing is the main part of the stretch movement.

The stretch movement Theresa Cheung Kit Pun will teach is for beginners, it is simple and fun.
