Where can I get real Japanese ingredients, Wagyu beef & fresh “sushi”-grade fish in Hong Kong? What is sushi vinegar? Are all soy sauces the same?

Le Cordon Bleu Paris-trained Japanese chef who has worked for French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, Mayu will walk with you and explain good quality Japanese ingredients & products, by visiting reasonable Japanese supermarkets & shops. Tasting of varieties of ingredients/foods and lunch is included in the price.

Please bring octopus card, we may use public transportation to visit shops.
