Mindful May with Kat
"RESILIENCE"
Mindfulness is not about fixing a problem.
It’s about seeing life with just a little bit more clarity.
And being ok with it.
Mindfulness practices help us to greet each new day - no matter what is going on around us.
For the first time, Kat is extending an invitation to AWA members and their guests for a three-session course. Valued at HK$900, attendees can join at a special rate of HK$500–HK$600.
It runs for 3 consecutive Wednesdays. We look forward to welcoming you on the following Wednesdays: May 6th, 13th & 20th, 2026.
Participants are invited to purchase a book to help support their practice and dedicate 5 - 10 minutes to simple and easy meditations throughout this three week course. A small amount of time each day is all it takes to slow down. Breathe. And build a deepened awareness of our own minds. From there we will naturally discover more calm, more clarity, and deeper connections with ourselves and others.
The first book we will be looking at is “Resilient” by Neuroscientist Rick Hanson, PhD.
