2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is open to all AWA members. Our AGM is the yearly administrative meeting for the American Women’s Association of Hong Kong Ltd (AWA) where we share general updates for the coming fiscal year and the Board structure for the 2026/27 term. This meeting, held at our cozy Member Space in Sheung Wan, is free to attend; however, registration is required so that we can verify a voting quorum (*see below for quorum/RSVP options).

- Welcome
- Approval of Minutes from General Meeting (GM) on November 17, 2025. (You can review the minutes HERE )
- Approval of New Members since last GM
- Approval of AWA New Board Members
- Approval of AWA 2024-25 Audited Accounts
- Introduction of the AWA Board for 2026-27 Term
- Approval of the Financial Auditor for the year ending June 30, 2026
- Ratification of Temporary use of Reserves (Board Motion of June 16, 2025)
- Approval of Budget for the next fiscal year
- Upcoming Events for AWA Club & AWA Foundation
- All Other Business
