A Trip to Shenzhen DaFen Artist Village by private coach!

Come join your AWA friends as we travel by air-conditioned coach, round trip, across the border to Shenzhen’s Artist Village, Da Fen.
The DaFen area is an artists' village for the creation of original art and for the production of replicas of masterworks. Chinese media reported that 70% of oil paintings on the European and U.S. markets were from China, with 80% of those made in Dafen.
****You will need to have your Chinese visa procured, or know the rules for your country regarding entry into mainland China. If this will be your first trip to mainland, PLEASE take a test trip thru the LoWu border crossing a few weeks before we go to make certain your entry plan works!****
****If you need cell phone service, please visit your cell carrier for a China day pass. WhatsApp, Facebook, Insta and Google are blocked in mainland China.
Our AWA Local Tours committee will guide you as they point out artist village highlights. As you walk-around, you will discover a large variety of reasonably priced paintings, great for your home or holiday gifts.
You can also speak with an artist about recreating custom painting of landscapes, family photos, pet photos, etc. Large paintings and custom made pieces can be arranged to be shipped to Hong Kong.
