Hiking Group (Coordinator Needed)
Interested in hiking? We are currently looking for a member who is interested in fascilitating occasional hikes (however often you would like!) for our members, so if you enjoy hitting the trails and want to share some of your favorite spots with other members, email our activities director to find out more: [email protected]
Tips for exploring Hong Kong's beautiful trails:
- Wear hiking shoes/boots with good tread and dri-fit (not cotton) clothing.
- Bring a daypack containing a hat, sunscreen, sufficient water, and a few snacks.
- Be prepared for various conditions: rough or possibly muddy trails, heat, sun, rain, etc.
- You may also want to bring a spare shirt to change into after the hike.
- Plan for lunch: bring a packed lunch or money to eat out afterwards
