Discover the complex secrets of high quality, handmade chocolate and how it pairs with equally unique Chinese teas. Guiding us in the workshop are AWA member Cecilia Leung, owner of Pekoe&Petals Tea and the team behind Cacao Hong Kong, Carolyn and Charles Gomersall.
