Chocolate & Chinese Tea Pairing Class

Experience the unique pairings between artisanal chocolate and high quality Chinese teas. Guiding us in the workshop are AWA member Cecilia Leung, owner of Pekoe&Petals Tea and the team behind Cacao Hong Kong, Carolyn and Charles Gomersall.
Highlights include:
- Tasting of several types of chocolate and learning differences with flavors and textures
- Indulging in a variety of tea pairings for elevated tastes and aromas
- Knowledge-sharing on ethical and sustainable chocolate sourcing
And you'll take home a box of Cacao's chocolate pralines (yes, including the famous passion fruit!) and a satchel of Pekoe&Petals premium Chinese tea.
