Vegan Middle East Cooking Demo Class & Lunch on Lamma Island
A Vegan Mediterranean culinary experience is just a short ferry ride from Aberdeen in the little-known Pak Kok Village of Lamma Island. Here we will join Chef Ayelet Idan in her home, aka Olive Leaf, a private kitchen. She will prepare dishes using traditional family-inspired recipes using seasonal ingredients sourced from local markets and paired with imported Israeli items to add an authentic flare. Combing this with alfresco dining in the covert lush patio of her home, Olive Leave proves that plants can do anything meat does, and perhaps even more. Delicious food, a short fun walk from ferry and a gorgeous garden setting. What’s not to love??
What’s included:
*Welcome hibiscus cold tea, dates and nuts.
*4-5 vegan dishes prepared, some hands on some not.
*Coffee, Turkish coffee, tea and one glass of sparkling wine.
*Snacks and lunch.
* BYOD is welcomed and encouraged
