General Meeting - June 2025

Our June General Meeting (GM) is one of 3 administrative meetings that we host for our AWA members throughout the year. Since our fiscal year ends every June, this summer GM is a chance for us to discuss the past year's budget and project the budget for the coming 2025-26 fiscal year. We invite all members to come take part, ask questions, meet some of our Board members, and vote on this year's budget. This meeting, held at our cozy Member Space in Sheung Wan, is free to attend; however, registration is required so that we can verify a voting quorum (*see below for quorum/RSVP options). 

The meeting agenda is as follows: 

• Welcome
• Approval of minutes from our AGM on April 25, 2025
• Approval of new members 
• Updates and Approval of our 2025-26 Budget 
• Approval of New Board Member(s)
• AWA/AWA Foundation Updates
• Any Other Business
