Sept 2023 General Meeting of the AWA
A General Meeting of the AWA is scheduled for 20 September after the Fall Into Friends Breakfast.
The agenda for the GM is as follows:
- Welcome
- Approval of Minutes of the GM on June 1, 2023
- Approval of New Members Since Last GM
- Approval of the Auditor for the upcoming 2023-24 year
- Any Other Business
Every member is entitled to a vote. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you are able to appoint a proxy. Please fill out the proxy form and deliver it to the AWA Office via email, fax, mail or in person by 3:30pm on Monday, September 18, 2023.
