Track Practice with RUN
About the Charity: RUN serves the refugees and asylum seekers in Hong Kong with a special focus on women.
About this Activity: AWA members have a chance to join RUN's beneficiaries for their weekly track training session to engage with and encourage the beneficiaries. RUN supports refugees to participate in local trail races that span distances anywhere from 5km to 100km, because experience has shown that working towards and achieving such goals helps to boost self-esteem and increases a sense of belonging and integration with the local community.

Date: Thursday, 6th Feb
Time: 5:45- 7:30pm. Activity starts at 6pm but please arrive 15 minutes early.
Venue: Aberdeen Sports Ground, 108 Wong Chuk Hang Rd
NOTE: Though this is a moderate sports activity, kindly ensure that you are healthy before you sign up for this activity.
