We offer many ways to volunteer in the community and within AWA. Helping those less fortunate, working with students to improve their English language skills, and supporting AWA are just some of the ways our members connect and contribute. What's required? No special skills, just your time, desire, commitment and enthusiasm to help.

Community Volunteer Programs. Volunteer your time, immerse yourself in the local community, give something back and meet new friends. The groups that we work with are listed below so go ahead and try one or more that suits your interest and commitment level. And, thank you for getting involved.

English Activity Programs. Help primary and secondary students learn and improve their English language capabilities. Volunteer roles range from regular school visits to brief weekly phone conversations.

Get Involved with the AWA. Help to make our great organization even better. We welcome volunteers to lead activities, start new groups, join committees, assist with AWAre, help organize fundraising events or even join the Board.
