Mahjong Club
Join the ladies laughing, learning, and strategizing as they play one of Hong Kong's most iconic games: mahjong! We welcome AWA and American Club members of all mahjong levels (as long as you have basic knowledge of the game) to join us as we engage in a bit of friendly competition, while getting to know each other at the same time.
Although these mahjong open play sessions (details below) are free, we do request that you RSVP so that we can ensure that we have enough players and tables ready each week.

*For sessions at the American Club, lunch is available to all. Non AC members are required to pay for lunch with a credit card.
^Hong Kong Style can be played if you can form your own group of 3 or 4 players.

If you're interested in learning to play mahjong, we do offer mahjong classes (both Hong Kong and Taiwanese styles) throughout the year for beginners; so keep an eye out for upcoming classes or email [email protected] to ask to be added to the invite list for our next round of classes.
