Founded in 1987, Mother’s Choice serves the many children without families and pregnant girls in HK. The organisation focuses on four service areas; Pregnant Girls, Child Care Home, Adoption, and Foster Care. 

The Hearty Meals program was set up to provide a nutritious lunch or dinner for 6-12 carers at the Child Care Home on Bowen Road. Volunteers are asked to prepare and deliver meals on public holidays and Sundays (there is no internal catering provided on these days) for the carers looking after the children at the home. These meals can range from sandwiches to a home cooked meal!  

This volunteer activity can be a one-off or you can sign up for regular slots. 

Details of the program are:

NEEDED: Each volunteer to prepare simple lunch/dinner for 8 people.  

DROP-OFF AT:  Childcare Home, 1/f, 5 Bowen Road, Mid-levels
 
WHEN: 

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays:
Lunch drop off 9:00am -12:00pm
Dinner drop off 1:00pm - 5:30pm

Tuesday Fresh Fruits and Thursday Snacks for 12 people
