Wednesday December 4             Kimberley Kleczka- Off the Beaten Track

AWA member Kimberley Kleczka was born in the U.K. but emigrated to Africa at an early age. There, her love of animals fostered dreams of being a veterinarian specializing in African exotic animals – but life had other plans. Relocations with her husband led to stints as a writer for “Entertainment Tonight” and as a morning television host in California and launched a career of more than 20 years in journalism and entertainment. Beyond her own on-screen and voice acting, she trains and manages talent, including coaching women competing in the pageant industry. Returning to her home country with her family gave her some time to focus on a longtime dream of writing for children; her creation, Koolamundo, aims to entertain children and educate them about the lives and cultures of people around the world. Now based in Hong Kong, Kimberley hosts a daily program on Radio Lantau and often asks guests to share their stories. Join us for this chance to ask Kimberley to share hers!
