Food Adventure at Dai Pai Dong
The streets are calling, and so is the sizzle of the wok. Let's gather for a night of open-air feasting at the dai pai dong - plastic stools, cold drinks, and dishes that hit different under the streetlights. We will be guided by our popular Cantonese teacher, King Ho. No prior knowledge of Cantonese is necessary, but the ladies who attended King Ho's course at AWA will have an opportunity to practice their new vocabulary, if they wish to.
Bring: Your appetite, your stories, and cash (some stalls are old-school like that).
Please note: This dinner is not suitable for vegetarians or people with special dietary requirements.
Maximum number of participants: 8
We'll order together and share everything, in true dai pai dong style, and let the chaos of the street be our dinner soundtrack.
The price covers the meal only. Please bring cash, as drinks will be ordered separately.
