In recognition of World Health Day, Sunday, April 7, AWA is proud to offer a variety of unique experiences throughout April in connection to each of the eight dimensions of the Wellness Wheel.
Finding My Voice is a personal narrative and vocal performance event highlighting intellectual and emotional wellness, featuring AWA members Helen Carruthers and Virginia Bing. In an interview led by Helen, Virginia will describe the experiences and learnings that have transformed her life while navigating grief, developing resilience, and now owning a business tied to her passion for music and the arts.
A beautiful performance presented by Virginia and her singing partner, Stoyan Daskalov, will open the event. Join us for an inspiring evening that underscores the notion we never truly know what we are capable of until we're put into a situation.
