Indulge In Rest: Yoga For Improved Sleep

In recognition of World Health Day, Sunday, April 7, AWA is proud to offer a variety of unique experiences throughout April in connection to each of the eight dimensions of the Wellness Wheel.
Indulge In Rest targets physical wellness with an hour fully focused on slowing down. In a fast paced Hong Kong we are constantly on the move. It can be exciting and feel like progress, but it can also cause stress, anxiety as well as deterioration of health and performance. It is important to allow yourself a good dose of healthy rest.
During our practice we will combine acupressure points and yin yoga postures to release muscle and joint tension , letting chi flow freely. We will move slowly to balance, relax and restore our bodies and minds.
About Our Instructor:
Alla Semiletova is an experienced yoga teacher specialising in restorative / therapeutic practices. She is 200 h hatha yoga, 50 h yin, and 50 h acupuncture yin certified. Alla believes that to be able to progress everyone has to slow down from time to time.
